ISO: Claim Jumper's Heath Bar Chocolate Chip Cookie

I ate at Claim Jumper the other night and tryed one of their Heath Bar Chocolate Chip cookies. They also have it on their dessert menu with ice cream as a cookie sandwhich. I loved this cookie and want to try to make them at home. Someone please help ! :) Thanks
