ISO: COED Magazine Minestrone Soup from Home Ec class

I am new to this site but I am hoping someone can help me. Many years ago, around 50 years actually, when I was taking Home Ec in 7th or 8th grade, there was a magazine called COED. In one of the issues there was a recipe for minestrone soup that was the best! I had been hoping to find it among my mom s recipes but it wasn t there. Hopefully someone out there knows what I m talking about. TIA!
