ISO: Cooking for Large Groups

Misc.
Hello All,
I'm looking for recipes that will feed about 40 people. This is for weekly dinners that our church prepares for its members. I've never cooked for this large a group and need easy but tasty menus for salads through desserts. The thought is daunting for most of our members, but we thought we'd give it a try.
Thanks!
Iris
