ISO: Cream of Cauliflower Soup

Does anybody have a recipe for a FLAVORFUL Cream of Cauliflower Soup? I've tried several basic recipes from various cookbooks but they're all kind of bland. I bought a beautiful snowy white, crisp head of cauliflower today and am willing to make another go at it! Thanks.
