ISO: Crown Roast of Pork around Springtime

I live in SW Florida and I am looking for a recipe for crown roast of pork that would be good around springtime. The wonderful recipes I've seen in this site are (in my opinion) geared more towards the winter months and I'd like something for April as I am hosting a dinner party in a few days. Any suggestions on a glaze and side dish? Thank you very much for your time.
