Thank you Rica for both recipes. I want to make one for Father's Day. I actually have Louise Hagler's Tofu cookery cookbook but I was afraid to experiment since I have never made a pudding or mousse with tofu. What kind ofoil do you use? Can I use olive or would that be too heavy?
