ISO: curried couscous with mandarin oranges

Hello! At a barbeque I once had a wonderful salad of curried couscous and mandarin oranges, there was no meat in it. It was served at room temperature as a side dish. If anybody has a recipe that sounds like it, please post it. I have never been able to track down the recipe. If you know it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
