ISO: East Indian condiment using Mint and Cilantro

Ate recently at East Indian buffet restaurant in salem or, had the best sauce/dressing or condiment labeled mint cilantro it was a runny paste. Also had awesome lamb in a kind of red sauce, not spicy any help?
