ISO: editing software for computer photos ...

I have really been into digital photos lately.
Anyone out there care to rave about the software they use to touch up and print pohots?
so many programs and each seems to have a feature that is good but none have all the good features ... like one does red eye well but nothing else or one have cool effects but crumby red eye fix ...
I finally have the storage problem down .... i think!
your thoughts?
