ISO: Einstein Brothers Pumpkin Creme Cheese Spread

If anyone had any ideas on how this is made-I would greatly appreciate it. I have tried on my own without any luck. I LOVE this stuff and have been unable to get any for the past 2 years---due to the stores in my area not buying enough and selling it out without in a few days :(
