ISO: El Fenix Chewy Pecan Praline

Misc.
I was a very loyal patron to El Fenix restaurant in Dallas, Texas. I really love their soft pecan praline. Now I moved to another country and would like to obtain the recipe as I no longer have the luxury to go to El Fenix as often as I want it to be.
