Emma, I noticed you live in Perth. I also lived in Perth and I am in search of a recipe you may have. I attended Methodist Ladies College and used to eat the salad sandwiches sold at the Mother's club lunch wagon. I have tried everything but have not been able to duplicate it. Do you know the recipe??? I would love to serve this to my little girl. Ta! Penny
