ISO: FIESTA CHICKEN

Misc.
MY SISTER-IN-LAW HAD A RECIPE THAT WAS CALLED FIESTA CHICKEN. I THINK IT WAS MADE WITH CHICKEN BREASTS AND TACO SEASONINGS AND CHEESE CRACKERS AND WHIPPING CREAM. COULD ANYONE POSSIBLY HAVE A RECIPE I COULD HAVE? I KNOW THAT SHE GOT IT SOMEWHERE WHEN THEY WERE ON A CAMPING TRIP AND SHE LET ME TASTE A PIECE WHEN SHE GOT HOME AND I LOVED IT AND WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT FOR MY FAMILY. I REMEMBER IT TASTED SOMEWHAT SPICEY AND HOT, LIKE IT HAD GREEN CHILIES IN IT OR SOMETHING. I WOULD APPREICATE ANY HELP YOU COULD GIVE ME.THANK-YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP. CAROL EFAW~~~
