ISO: Fish Recipes

Misc.

I'm looking for healthy but tasty ways of making baked fish. I like almost all fish, so type doesn't matter much (though I'm particularly fond of salmon, catfish, bluefish) As I live in an apt, I can't grill or broil, only bake...

I'm looking for seasonings, rubs, low-fat sauces, etc... Thanks.
