ISO: Freezer Jam Question

I am fairly new at canning and I have a question regarding freezer jam. I have found a recipe for lemon orange jelly. It calls for the jelly to be stored in the refrigerator or in the freezer. Is there any reason why I could not can this recipe in a warm bath canner?? Will it jell correctly?
