ISO: Fruit Salad Bars with Lemon Icing

My mother used to make Fruit Salad Bars from a recipe she cut out of the Indianapolis Star years ago. When she passed away, my father discarded many of her recipes, part of the grief process I assume.
These bars had dates, bananas, pineapple, and nuts and had a lemon glaze icing.
Any help is appreciated.
