ISO: Fudge filled chocolate chip & Mounds cookies

I recently ate two cookies that the cook would not share the recipe. One was a brownie type cookies with coconut filling (like a mounds bar). The other was a chocolate chip cookie filled with chocolate fudge. Anyone have any recipes for these? I would greatly appreciate it as my husband loved them.
