ISO: GAR (Great American Restaurants) Filet Tips Tequila Lime Cream Sauce

I am looking for the recipe from Great American Restaurants (Carlyle, Sweetwater Tavern, Coastal Flats, Mike's American Grill) for the Filet Mignon Tips in a Tequila Lime Cream Sauce served over Penne Pasta. I'm from VA but living in TX and have been craving this dish for so long. Any help would be appreciated!!!
