ISO: gingerbread/molasses cookies

Oh please someone help me. I love molasses cookies, I mean love. There is a health food store here that sells these "gingerbread" cookies that I could live on. I have tried several recipes looking for a comparable cookie with no luck. The ingredients include, unbleached flour, wheat flour and baking powder along with the other standard ingredients. The baker, a local woman, does not want to share the recipe. These cookies are lofty, moist with a slightly crisp outside. Any help is welcome.
