ISO: Girl Scout Main Dish recipe

I'm looking for a very very simple recipe we made at Girl Scout camp YEARS ago...I think it had a can of vegetable soup and ground beef and that's about all I remember...other than when I grew up and made it for my family, the loved it...but that's been 20+ years ago and I've forgotten the recipe/name of recipe/anything else connected with the recipe.
