Thank You: Hobo Stew???

Thank you so much for your recipe for Hobo Stew. I'm intrigued enough to want to try it with all the ingredients you suggested. This must be the WEST COAST version of Girl Scout stew... I remember mostly cans of Campbell soup and ground beef...PERIOD. But your version, most surely a GOURMET version...sounds wonderful.
