ISO: Girl's Night Menu

I have a group of 12 girls (women) I get together with and sit around to chat, catch up, etc. This month it is at my house and I am searching for ideas. What should I make? I thought about enchiladas, but most usually just do appetizers. I am just tired of the same old stuff (ie: rotel cheese dip, veggie trays,etc.)when it comes to appetizers. Any ideas? I heard about a recipe of brie en croute once, anyone know how to make that? Thanks!
