ISO: Halloween dip/veggies- HELP!

Hi-
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas for something clever I could do when I take veggies and dip to a potluck on Sumday for a kid's halloween party. I figure I can hollow out a small pumkin and put the dip inside but I am lost on how to garnish the veggies to be cute and not too labor intensive.
Any ideas????
