ISO: Happy Cake

I had a recipe 10 years ago for a cake called HAPPY CAKE - It had rum, bananas, coconut,walnuts, pinapple, buttermilk, etc. and was cooked in a bundt pan. It did not have any icing as it was so moist and yummy by itself. Can anyone help me find this recipe or something close.
