HEARTY POTATO SALAD
3 cups cubed, cooked potatoes
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 (7 ounce) can luncheon meat (Spam), cubed
2/3 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
2/3 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing, Original Flavor
Combine all ingredients and toss lightly. Cover and chill thoroughly before serving.
Makes 4 to 5 servings
