ISO: Harry's Bar Shrimp and Artichoke cream pasta

I had this dish in Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy about 6 years ago and it was so memorable I still can taste it but cannot reproduce it!!

If anyone has the recipe for this wonderful dish and can share it I would be so grateful.
