ISO: Help I am cooking for a cabaret BYOB event need help with menu
Misc.I am the cook for a cabaret(BYOB) bring your own bottle party. I am trying to get the menu together. Items I am thinking of making: chicken wing dings BBQ or plain or hot....Chilli cheese hot dogs....French fries... maybe Nachos and cheese...Should I also make some side dishes? 300 guests Do you think I need another meat?
