ISO: Help- Need freezer food!

Help! My sister in law is having her second child and I'm rushing out to North Carolina to fiil their freezer with easy dinners. Problem: I have no idea what I'm going to make. Does anyone have any suggestions for good freezer casseroles or dishes? I really need to venture from my trusty lasagne! Thanks for the help!
