ISO: Help this bread machine newbie
Misc.I just started making bread in a old welbilt ABM-100-3 machine without using salt (husband is on a low sodium diet). Each loaf is collapsing and the crust is very hard to cut. Is there a trick to cutting freshly baked bread and am I using the right knife?(serrated) It's making me crazy by either tearing apart or I have to smash it so hard that it's more like a roll and never like a "sandwich bread". Thanks for any help!
