ISO: Herbs de Province Recipe Needed

We have been searching for the proper blend of ingredients to make "herbs de
province" French cheifs seem very "un-willing" to part with their secrets and
cook books simply reference this spice blend without actually telling you what
is in it. There may be several varriations but we will try them all. So if you
have a blend combination (should possibly include lavender)pls forward them to
us.
