ISO: Hi Christie, I have always wanted to
Misc.make beef jerky. Have a question, what size eye of the round would you get to
make each one of the recipes you gave and sliced how thin? Also on the smoky
jerky, is there no liquid used? One more thing, I don't have a dyhidriater
(sp) so would the oven be ok? thanks for any help you may give me.
