" just eye it" means to just look at it and if it looks good, then it must
be good. Yes, I though I posted that you can use the oven. Look at my first
post. I usually use 4 or 5lbs. of meat and adjust my marinate to how must meat
that i'm using at the time. Just remember, this is not rocket science!!.
