Hi there
I haven't made it for a while but I think that I used about 3-4 steaks per
marinade. It will all depend on how strong you want the flavor to be too. I
usually cut it about 1/4 inch thick (remember that it will shrink). As for the
smoky recipe, I haven't had it for a long time but I think that taht one is
more of a "rub" type marinade. Not sure about the oven as I have never used.
