ISO: Holiday Recipes My Mother Used

Misc.
I am searching for some recipes my mother who passed away several years ago made at the holidays.
The first is a mincemeat cookie made with nonsuch mincemeat - it is a drop cookie and was originally found on the back of a box on Nonesuch mincemeat.
The second is a cream cheese dough which my mother used to roll out and cut in strips. She would wrap the stips arount figs, dates, apricots or candied cherries. I believe this recipe came from an ancient issue of Family Circle.
The third also came from Family Circle it was little tartlets with cream cheese pastries filled with a filling made from pecans or walnuts, eggs, and brown sugar(that is all I remember.)
The fourth was an old family recipe which I am not sure anyone has ever heard of it was a cookie that looked like a small turnover filled with chocalate, honey and chic peas(other ingredients have been forgotten) and fried in a deep fryer.
Also does anyone have a good recipe for bow ties - dough is cut and shaped into bow ties and fried.
These recipes have been around for a while I am 51 and remember them from my earliest childhood.
