ISO: hot cocoa mix with grated chocolate

I made a cocoa mix for christmas gifts one year and in addition to several ingredients, it had grated real chocolate, I believe unsweetened. My husband and I did it together and it was so much fun and then the instructions stated to use a certain amount with hot milk.
