ISO: Hot sandwich recipe for party for senior citizens

I'm planning a party for my best friend. I need an idea for a hot sandwich. I want to serve potato salad, fruit salad, and pasta salad. The guests are all Senior citizens. I need help finding something appropriate and NOT Spicey. If you have any ideas please let me know. AND if you have any other ideas for a menu that are cheap, quick and easy to clean up please let me know. Thankyou, Mary
