ISO: Houston's Tortilla Soup

I recently had Tortilla soup at Houston's restaurant and it was the best I have ever had. I don't care for tomato based soups and this one was not. It was like a spicy thick chowder with chicken in it. If anyone out there has their specific recipe I would love a copy of it.
