ISO: How Much Corn on the Cob for 17 People?

Misc.
Okay here's the scoop.. after several years of having the 4th of July at my house with me doing all the cooking and preping, my sister has decided this year she will be holding our Independence Day Celebration at her house. My job is to bring the corn on the cob. She says no one can do it like I can :) All I do is drown it in butter.. wrap it in foil and bbq it.. My question is this.. She is expecting 17 people... I know there will be some that do not want to eat it. How do I appropriately figure out the correct number of corn on the cob to bring? There will be kids included in the 17.

Thanks in advance..
