ISO: I am wondering does anyone know how much meat I will need to buy

I am looking for recipes and suggestions for serving 170 people at my sisters wedding reception. Menu: roast beef, ham, corn , Mashed Potatoes, dinner rolls. and of course salad and dessert We have a small budget and plan to do cooking ahead of time and by ourselves
