ISO: Ireland's Biscuits - will you share your biscuit recipe?

Ireland's was one of our favorite restaurants, too.

When we were young, my mom used to marinate cubed steak in soy sauce and a bit of garlic powder and pan fry it.

It had a similar taste to the steak in Ireland's biscuits, but of course the texture was way off because of the cut of meat.

You say you can "do all but the steak" so do you have a recipe for the buttery biscuits they served? If so, please share!
