ISO: Jannok-midievil oat bread

I'm looking for a recipe for jannok. The spelling may not be exact.
It is a midievil bread that was a staple of the wealthier peasants in
England. I need this recipe for a college homework assignment. If you can
provide me with some clues where to look even, I would be most grateful!
