ISO: jays marine grill onion popovers

there used to be a restaurant in dallas, named jays marine grill,,serving hot rolls and onion popovers...these popovers though had some yeast in them and were hollow on the inside and very soft..They were NOT like popover recipes i have made...Does anyone have the real recipe that was used, please...Thanks so very much
