ISO: Knott's Berry Farm Linzer Silces

I have lived in California all my life, Me and my family would go to the bakery at Knott's Berry Farm and buy Linzer Slices, they had a crust I think it had almond paste or flavoring, raspberry filling and a top cake like layer with coconut.I have searched the web and have not found anything like them accept Linzer cookies or bars. Could you please help me find something like the ones they sell at Knott's Berry Farm?
