Recipe: Beefy Fajitas with a Twist (using gravy)

BEEFY FAJITAS WITH A TWIST

"Steak, pepper and onion are sauteed and served with a creamy gravy wrapped up in warm tortillas."

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless top round steak, cut into strips
1 medium green pepper, cut into 2-inch strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can Campbell's Beef Gravy
FOR SERVING:
8 flour tortillas (8-inch), warmed
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Pace Chunky Salsa

Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often.

Add pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.

Add gravy and heat through.

TO SERVE:
Spoon beef mixture into tortillas. Top with cheese and salsa and wrap.

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve with Mexican-style rice or refried beans.

Makes 8 fajitas
