ISO: looking for a baked cookie made with beaten egg whites used at passover perhaps

I am looking for a what I believe to be a type of cookie. It is made with beaten egg whites,sugar some sort of flavoring and I had it at a demonstration of Passover meal.Its a simple looking little puffed ??????????something.....Thanks so much,
