ISO: Lost cookie recipe using pie crust mix

Recently my Mom went into a nursing home. I have all her recipes but the one I need.
Apricot preserve filled cookies. This recipe calls for boxed pie crust mix and creamcheese. The dough is rolled out and preserve filled and then folded over and baked. This is all my Mom can remember. The orignal recipe came off the box of pie crust. (Not sure what brand) A holiday must at our family gatherings. My daughters are so disappointed that we cannot find this one recipe. Any help would so appreciated. I would love to make these cookies for my Mom this Christmas the way she made them for all of us.
