ISO: Love club sandwiches! A question tho...

Misc.
Recently I read a book that talked about club sandwiches but with sliced egg in them. The book was set in Charlotte, NC, and the sandwich sounds interesting. Has anyone ever had this addition and if so, do you put different dressing on it? Thanks for any info you all may have.
