ISO: luby's cafeteria cookbook, baked fish almondine

Yes my name is orlando and I am from texas but am going to college in missouri...and there seems to not be any luby's cafeterias up here. So if anyone owns the luby's cafeteria cookbook... I am asking if you could post the baked fish almondine recipe...I am super hungry for it...Thanks
