ISO: Luby's Oreo Cheesecake

I am searching for a recipe that I had hoped would be in the Luby's 50th anniversary cookbook, but it's not there. I use to get, quite often, an oreo cheesecake (pie) that was so light and fluffy and creamy it was out of this world. Does anyone have a copycat recipe for that?
