ISO: Memphis Corky's BBQ Potato Salad

I have eaten the potato salad at the Collierville, TN location at Corky's, and it is the best potato salad I have ever had... by FAR. This recipe doesn't seem like it's the same. It seems like I taste bacon bits in the one at the Collierville location. Am I wrong?
